Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925.

Any person having a claim against or interest in the estate of Michael David Pearson of 29 Poulton Street, Gorse Hill, Swindon, Wiltshire SN2 1BH who died on the 23rd day of November 2012 are required to send particulars thereof to the undermentioned Solicitors on or before the 30th day of November 2013 after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which notice has been received.
