Road Traffic Regulation act 1984 Section 14 and 15 - Notice of Traffic Order

Temporary closure of Prow 652 FP at Meadway Subway and 30 MPH Speed Limit on Meadway

This Order is being introduced to allow for works to Meadway subway and the effect of the Order is to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding on footpath 652 under Meadway Subway.

A temporary 30mph speed restriction from Withy Mead Roundabout to Westmead Roundabout will be in force.

Alternative route for pedestrians via FP 653, FP 654, Shaw Road, Dixon Way, Jenni Manners Ct, Meadway (southside), temporary pedestrian crossing across Meadway and then the cyclepath which runs adjacent to Meadway (northside).

The Order will remain in force for 6 months but it is anticipated works will be carried out from 7 October 2013 and take not more than 10 weeks to complete.
