Public Notice - Licensing Application
Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the variation of the Premises Licence issued in respect of Fantasy Lounge, 37-38 Fleet Street, Swindon, SN1 1RE to allow the following: Extended hours for alcohol, recorded music and dance on a Tuesday and Wednesday from 21:00 to 04:00, opening hours Tuesday and Wednesday from 21:00 to 4:30.

The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH, (licensing@swindon.gov.uk) between 9.00hrs & 16.30hrs on weekdays.

Responsible Authorities, (e.g. Police and Fire Brigade), and/or Other persons (e.g. people/businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between 24 October 2013 and 20 November 2013. All representations must be made in writing (including e-mail or fax).

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
