Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2011 (Variation No. 16 ) Order 2013

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is as follow:
Introduction of 'no waiting at any time' at the east side of Ermin Street at the junction with St Margaret Green and Swindon Road at the north side at the entrance of Stratton Court.

Revocation of 'no waiting at any time' on Ermin Street at Property No 174 for 26 metres in a south easterly direction.
Introduction of 'school keep clear' markings Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm at the entrance of Grange Infants School.
A copy of the draft Order, plans and reasons may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon for 21 days from 11 November 2013 and online at www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation.

Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/ VO 16/2013) by no later than 1 December 2013.
