Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2011 (Variation No. 19 ) Order 2013

Implementation of a Pedestrian Crossing - Eldene Drive

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is as follow:
Revocation of 13 metres of 'no waiting at any time' at the location of the proposed loading bay and proposed introduction of 'loading only bay' on Eldene Drive (east side) from a point 3.7 metres north of Charles Macpherson Gardens for a distance of approx 32 metres.

Implementation of a zig zag crossing under Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to be located 37 metres north of Charles Macpherson Gardens.

A copy of the draft Order, plans and reasons may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon for 21 days from 15 November 2013 and online at www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation.

Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/ VO 19/2013) by no later than 5 December 2013.
