Proposed Refurbishment at Sanford House, Sanford Street, Swindon

Expressions of Interest are invited from contractors for the refurbishment of the ground and first floor of Sanford House. The works consist of minor elevational alterations to form a new entrance, internal partitioning, and repairs and redecorations.

The anticipated construction start date is early February 2014 with invitations to tender issued in December 2013, and the refurbishment works are estimated in the region of £275,000.

Please provide evidence of construction quality control, resources, relevant experience, Health and Safety record for the last 5 years and the latest audited accounts.

The deadline for expressions of interest, in writing, is no later than noon, Tuesday, 26 November 2013, and must be addressed to: Nic Newland, Head of Design and Architecture Resources, Swindon Borough Council, Euclid Street, Swindon SN1 2JH
