PUBLIC NOTICE
Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2011 (Variation No.5) Order 2013

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that on the 20 November 2013 Swindon Borough Council made the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be:

Purton Road (service road fronting property no's 1 to 15)

Introduction of 'limited waiting 30 minutes no return within 1 hour'

North side
(Situated partly on the verge) from the western boundary of No 15 in an easterly direction to the common boundary of Nos 7 and 9.

Introduction of 'no waiting at any time'

South side
From the western boundary of No 15 in an easterly direction to the common boundary of Nos. 7 and 9.

The Order will be operative as of 25 November 2013 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 20 November 2013 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
