Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925. Any person having a claim against or interest in the estate of Margery Phylis Roberts of 28 Cobbett Court, Hammond Close, Highworth, Swindon who died on the 25^th day of March 2012 are required to send particulars thereof to the undermentioned Solicitors on or before the 1^st day of February 2014 after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which notice has been received.
