The Swindon Borough Council (Hythe Road Back Alleyway)
(Prohibition of Entry) Order 2013
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes the above Order under provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be for the prohibition of entry to motor vehicles into and from Lansdown Road from the back alleyway of Hythe Road. A copy of the relevant documents for the Order may be inspected at Customer Services, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during normal office hours from 27 November 2013 for 21 days.
Representations to the proposed Order stating and the grounds of the objection should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/lansdown road/POE) by no later than 17 December 2013.
