PUBLIC NOTICE
SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (NON-FEE PAYING OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2003 EXPERIMENTAL ORDER (No. 1) 2013

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that on the 22 November 2013 Swindon Borough Council made the above Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to be operative for a duration of 6 months or until it is suspended, the effect of which will be: -

To suspend Commercial Road from a fee paying off street parking place to a non-fee off street parking place where parking will be available for 1 hours with no return within 3 hours from Monday to Sunday from 9am to 9pm.

A copy of the Order may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during normal office hours or online on www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation.

If you would like to make representation to the Order you must do so in writing to reach the undersigned within 6 months of the Order being made.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 22
November 2013 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
