Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13(3) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT


Proposed development at: Eastern Villages, Land North Of A420, South Marston and Rowborough, Swindon, Wilts.

I give notice that Hallam Land Management Ltd, Hannick Homes and Developments Ltd and Laing Homes Ltd are applying to Swindon Borough Council for outline planning permission for a sustainable urban extension for up to 2,380 dwellings, a mixed use local centre and mixed use areas, community uses, sheltered accommodation, a primary school, green infrastructure including formal and informal open space, sports facilities, sustainable drainage, engineering works including ground re-modelling, other infrastructure, demolition and the formation of new accesses from the A420, Old Vicarage Lane, Thornhill Road and that the application is accompanied by an environmental statement. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Members of the public may inspect copies of  the application, the plans, the environmental statement and other documents submitted with the application at: One Stop Shop Reception Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, Wilts, SN1 2JH Between 9.00am-4.30pm Monday to Friday.

The application forms, plans and environmental statement can also be viewed using our Public Access system via our website http://pa.swindon.gov.uk/publicaccess and by entering the application number S/OUT/13/1555 into the search box.

Any objections or supporting comments should be made in writing, quoting S/OUT/13/1555/SAHO, to the address above before 23rd December 2013.
