SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL SECTION 123 of the LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 (AS AMENDED) PUBLIC OPEN SPACE

NOTICE is hereby given that Swindon Borough Council intends to dispose of 258m² of land deemed to be Public Open Space adjacent to 1 Longthorpe Close, Toothill, Swindon. The land would be used to provide a garage, conservatory and garden. A plan showing the land can be inspected, by appointment, at Property Services, Swindon Borough Council, Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH.
