NOTICE is hereby given that Swindon Borough Council intends to dispose of properties by way of long leasehold interests. The properties include land deemed to be Public Open Space at Broome Manor Golf Course, Pipers Way, Swindon; Moredon 9 Hole Golf Course,Akers Way, Swindon; Highworth Golf Course, Swindon Road, Highworth; Croft Sport Centre, Marlborough Lane, Swindon; Dorcan Sport Centre, Kingfisher Drive,
Swindon; Haydon Wick Sport Centre, Thames Avenue, Swindon; Link Centre, Whitehill Way, Swindon and Delta Tennis Centre, Welford Road, Swindon. Any land deemed to be Public Open Space will continue to be used for leisure purposes.
Plans showing the properties including the land deemed to be Public Open Space can be inspected, by appointment, at Property Services, Swindon Borough Council, Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH.
