PUBLIC NOTICE

Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2011 (Variation No. 24) Order 2013

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is as follow:
Introduction of 'no loading and unloading at any time' on both sides of Manor Road at the junction with Westcott Place in a northerly direction for a distance of 17.5 on the east side and for a distance of 9 metres on the west side and on north side of Westcott Place at the junction with Manor Road (east and west) for approx. 10 metres in each direction.

A copy of the draft Order, plans and reasons may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon for 21 days from 11 December 2013 and online at www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation.

Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/ VO 24 Manor Rd/2013) by no later than 3 January 2014.
