PUBLIC NOTICE
Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2011 (Variation No. 16 and 19) Orders 2013
Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that on the 11 December 2013 Swindon Borough Council made the above Orders under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is as follow:
Introduction of 'no waiting at any time' at the east side of Ermin Street at the junction with St Margaret Green and Swindon Road at the north side at the entrance of Stratton Court.
Revocation of 'no waiting at any time' on Ermin Street at Property No 174 for 26 metres in a south easterly direction.
Introduction of 'school keep clear' markings Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm at the entrance of Grange Infants School.
Revocation of 13 metres of 'no waiting at any time' at the location of the proposed loading bay and proposed introduction of 'loading only bay' on Eldene Drive (east side) from a point 3.7 metres north of Charles Macpherson Gardens for a distance of approx 32 metres.
The Orders will be operative as of 16 December 2013 and a copy of the sealed Orders and plans may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.
If you wish to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may, within 6 weeks from 11 December 2013 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
