PUBLIC NOTICE

SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (FEE PAYING OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2003 AMENDMENT ORDER (No. 3) 2013

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make an Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be:

To amend The Borough of Swindon (Fee Paying Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2003 as follow:

To delete from the above order and close down Carlton Multi Storey

Short Stay and Long Stay Car Park, Queenstown Long Stay Car Park and Cheltenham Street Long Stay Car Park.

A copy of the draft Order and any relevant documents may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during normal office hours for 21 days from 24 April 2013.

Objections to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/fee paying/amd no 3/ 2013) by no later than 20 January 2014.
