I, Gael Antony Mackenzie, have applied to Swindon Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the above premises. The proposed variations to the licensable activities carÂried out on the premises are as follows:
Supply of Alcohol by Retail and Provision of Recorded Music - Sunday-Tuesday vary from 09.00-00.00 to 09.00 -01.00, Wednesday vary from 09.00-0.00 to 09.00-02.00 Thursday vary from 09.00 -01.00 to 09.00-02.00 Friday & Saturday, vary from 09.00-02.00 to 09.00-03.00
Premises opening hours - Sunday - Tuesday vary from 09.00-00.30 to 09.00-01.30, Wednesday vary from 09.00 - 00.30, 09.00 - 02.30, Thursday vary from 09.00-01.30 to 09.00-02.30 Friday & Saturday vary from 09.00-02.30 to 09.00-03.30
Remove condition - No persons under 18 be on premises after 19.00, replace with - any person under 18 on premises after 19.00 must be under direct supervision of a designated Adult who makes themselves known to the management.
The Licensing Register, and full details of this application and proposed variation can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Department, Swindon Borough Council, 5th Floor Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH Monday to Friday by prior appointment.
Interested parties or responsible authorities can make representations in writing to the Licensing Authority at any time up to 18th January 2014.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5000.00.
