Temporary suspension of the 7.5 tonnes weight limit on Old Vicarage Lane from its junction with the A420 to the proposed construction entrance on the Nightingale Lane junction.
SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (OLD VICARAGE LANE) (TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF THE WEIGHT LIMIT) ORDER 2014
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council intent to make the above Order under the provisions of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, for the temporary suspension of the 7.5 tonnes weight limit on Old Vicarage Lane from its junction with the A420 to the proposed construction entrance on the Nightingale Lane junction.
The Order will come into force on the 1 February 2014 and will remain in force for 6 months although works are expected to be completed by the 1 July 2014.
