PUBLIC NOTICE
SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (THE CIRCLE, PINEHURST) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2014

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under the provisions of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, to close a short section of The Circle including the footway located in between the junction of Beech Avenue and Laburnum Road to allow for construction works.
Access will be maintained for Hazel Grove and Laburnum Road.

The Order will come into force on the 22 January 2014 and will remain in force for 12 months although works are expected to be completed by September 2014.
