Notice is given that da paolo eatalian delicatessen have applied to the Swindon Borough Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 The proposed application relates to: The retail sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Saturday: 0900 to 1900 and Sunday: 1100 to 1600.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing by Tuesday 25th February 2014 to the Licensing Section, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected by appointment.
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
