Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2011 (Variation No. 24) Order 2013
Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that on the 5 February 2014 Swindon Borough Council made the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is as follow:
Introduction of 'no loading and unloading at any time' on both sides of Manor Road at the junction with Westcott Place for a distance of 17.5 metres on the east side and for a distance of 9 metres on the west side in a northerly direction and on north side of Westcott Place at the junction with Manor Road (east and west) for approx. 10 metres in each direction.
The Order will be operative as of 1 March 2014 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 5 February 2014 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
