Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that PizzaExpress (Restaurants) Limited has applied to Swindon Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as PizzaExpress, Unit 144 Swindon Designer Outlet, Train Street, Swindon, SN2 2DY The proposed licensable activities and their hours are : Supply of Alcohol 11:00 to 00:00 Monday to Sunday, Late Night Refreshment 23:00 to 00:30 Monday to Sunday, Recorded Music and Opening Hours from 11:00 to 00:30 Monday to Sunday. New Year's Eve - from the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year's Day for all activities and opening hours.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Department, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN12JH no later than 17th March 2014 stating the grounds for objection. The register of Swindon Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.swindon.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
