Theapplication can beviewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH, (licensing@swindon.gov.uk) between 09.00 hrs and 16.30 hrs on weekdays.
Responsible authorities (e.g Police and Fire Brigade), and/or other persons (e.g. people/businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between 13 March 2014 and 09 April 2014. All representations must be made in writing (including e-mail or fax).
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine for conviction is £5,000.
