Notice is given that Mint Bowl LTD has applied to the Swindon Borough Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises License. The proposed application relates to: The sale of alcohol in the premises Monday to Sunday: 0900 am to 11:00 pm
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing by Thursday 10th April 2014 to the Licensing Section, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected by appointment.
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
