NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION TO PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Applicant: Waitrose Ltd. Premises: Waitrose, Middle Wichel, Mill Lane, Swindon, SN1 7BX. The application is: to vary the Premises Licence to permit consumption of alcohol in the grazing areas as defined hatched in red on the plans.

The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary con-viction for the offence is £5,000.
