Public Notice -Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made to Swindon Borough Council by Portugal and Brazil Foods Ltd for the grant of a Premises Licence at 45 Cricklade Road, Swindon, SN2 1AA that allows:
Sale by Retail of Alcohol (consumption on and off the premises) and opening hours:
Monday to Sunday (inclusive) 9am-10pm
The application can be viewed at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH between 09.00hrs & 16.30hrs on weekdays.
Representations must be made in writing by 15 May 2014.
It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application.
The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
