NOTICE OF PLANNING APPEAL

INFORMAL HEARING

PROPOSAL: Lawful Development Certificate (Existing) for the use of part of the ground floor of the Doctor's Surgery (Use Class D1) as a dispensing pharmacy.

AT: Hawthorn Medical Centre, Firethorn Close, Gorse Hill, Swindon, SN2 1UU

Appeals have been made to the Planning Inspectorate in respect of the lawful development certificate, which was refused and the enforcement notice served by Swindon Borough Council.

The appeals are to be considered by an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State at an Informal Hearing to be heard at the Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon, Wiltshire SN1 2JH on Tuesday 10th June 2104 at 10.00am.
Members of the public may attend the hearing and if you wish to speak then you must be present when the hearing commences and this will be at the discretion of the Inspector. Details regarding disabled access for users of the venue may be obtained by telephoning (01793) 445500.
