Swindon Borough Council Proposed works at St Marks Recreation Ground, Whitehouse Road, Swindon

Expressions of Interest are invited from contractors, under a Design and Build contract, for the design and installation of a freestanding timber frame clubhouse with associated landscaping and paving works, tennis court lighting and resurfacing, and new car parking.

The anticipated construction start date is September 2014 with invitations to tender issued in June 2014.

Interested contractors are requested to include the following within their expression of interest:
construction quality control
resources
previous relevant experience and performance
Health and Safety record for the last 5 years
the latest audited accounts.

The deadline for expressions of interest, in writing, is no later than noon, 30th May 2014, and must be addressed to:
