Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Wagamama Limited has applied to Swindon Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as Wagamama, Unit 143, Food Halt Designer Outlet, Swindon, SN2 2DY. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: The provision of recorded music between the hours of 10.00 to 00.00 Monday to Saturday and 10.00 to22.30 Sunday, the provi­sion of Late Night Refreshment between the hours of 23.00 to 00.00 Monday to Saturday and the supply of alcohol between the hours of 10.00 to 00.00 Monday to Saturday and 10.00 to 22.30 Sunday. Premises opening hours: 10.00 to 00.30 Monday to Saturday, 10.00 to 23.00 Sunday. Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by

Licensing Department, Swindon Borough Council, WatTyler West 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 21H no later than 13th June 2014 stating the grounds for rep-resentation. The register of Swindon Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.swindon.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.

The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary con-viction for the offence is £5,000.
