PUBLIC NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003

An application has been made to Swindon Borough Council by Highworth Town Juniors Football Club for the grant of a Premises Licence at The Pavilion, Sands Grounds, Swindon Road, Highworth, SN6 7EJ that allows:

Sale by Retail of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, and regulated entertainment indoors and outdoors (plays, films, indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music, performance of dance) Mon to Sun 10:00 - 24:00

Late Nigh Refreshment
Mon to Sun 23:00 - 24:00

Opening Hours
Mon to Sun 07:00 - 00:30

The application can be viewed at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH between 09.00hrs & 16.30hrs on weekdays.

Representation must be made in writing by 18 June 2014.

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application.
The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
