PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER
SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that an appli­cation was made to the Swindon Borough Council to vary a premises licence under the above Act on 4th June 2014.

Applicant: Shell UK Oil Products Ltd
Address of premis­es: Shell Meadway, Shaw Road, Shaw, Swindon, SN5 5XS.
Proposed variation to the licensable activities: Remove the Seasonal Restrictions on the Sale of Alcohol Hours and Extend The Sale of Alcohol Hours to 00:00 Hours to 24:00 Hours Monday to Sunday for Consumption Off the Premises and add the Provision of Late Night Refreshment From 23:00 Hours to 05:00 Hours Monday to Sunday. The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the regis-ter is kept and the application may be inspected is: 'Licensing Team, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West 5, Beckhampton Street Swindon, SN1 2JH.Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice - by the 2nd July 2014.
