Public Notice - Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made to Swindon Borough Council by Three Trees Farm Shop for the grant of a Premises Licence at Three Trees Farm Shop & Cafe that allows:
Sale by Retail of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises
Mon to Sat 8am - 10:30pm, Sun 10am - 5pm.
Opening hours
Mon to Sat 8am - 10:30pm, Sun 10am-5pm.

The application can be viewed at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH between 09.00hrs & 16.30hrs on weekdays.

Representations must be made in writing by 14th July 2014.

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
