SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (NON-FEE PAYING OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2003 AMENDMENT ORDER (No. 1) 2014

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that on the 11 June 2014 Swindon Borough Council made the above Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be: - To remove the parking provision at the Somerville Road car park which is situated south of Sussex Square on Seymour Road and is a parking place with a maximum 48 hours waiting period.

The Order will be operative as of 18 June 2014 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 11 June 2014 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
