SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (CELSUS GROVE) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2014 and SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (LORDS CLOSE) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2014

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN on the 11 June 2014 Swindon under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the Council made the above Orders which will: Introduce a 20mph Speed Limit on Celsus Grove from the junction with Okus Road for its entire length and Lords Close from the junction with Comet Way for its entire length.

The Orders will be operative as of 18 June 2014 and a copy of the sealed Orders and plans may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may, within 6 weeks from 11 June 2014 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
