Works to the Wyvern Theatre, Swindon
Construction of a Lightweight Roof and Replacement of Boilers

Expressions of Interest are invited from contractors for two separate contracts at this site:

1. Construction of a new lightweight roof over the existing roof terrace

The roof will be supported on a steel structure with lightweight translucent sheeting as a covering. Existing rainwater pipework is to be modified. The anticipated construction start date is September 2014, with completion in November 2014. Tender invitations will be issued early July 2014.

2. Replacement of boilers, calorifiers and associated works

The anticipated construction start date is September 2014. The mechanical and electrical works involve replacing and relocation of boilers, calorifiers and associated controls and plumbing. The hot water supply must be maintained, either on a temporary or permanent basis, until the new equipment is operational. Tender invitations will be issued early July 2014.

Please provide evidence of construction quality control, resources, relevant experience, Health and Safety record for the last 5 years, and the latest audited accounts.
