LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made to Swindon Borough Council for a new premises licence under section 17 of the Act by Giraffe Concepts Ltd, in respect of Giraffe, Tesco Extra, Ocotal Way, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN1 2EH
The proposed tamable activities and their hours are: Supply of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 0700 - 2400hrs. Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 - 2400hrs. Opening Hours Monday to Sunday 0700 - 2400hrs.
The licensing register and a record of the application may be inspected at the offices of Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH during normal office hours except public holidays. Any representation by a responsible authority or a person likely to be affected by the grant of the application must be made in writing to the council by 24th July 2014. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statementin connection with an application, for which a person isliable on summaryconviction to a maximum fine of £5,000.
