Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that PizzaExpress (Restaurants) Limited in respect of Premises known as PizzaExpress, Unit 144 Swindon Designer Outlet, Train Street, Swindon, SN2 2DY applied to Swindon Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with plans supplied by the applicant.All licence activities, permitted hours and opening hours to remain as existing. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Department, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH no later than 24th July 2014 statingthe grounds for representation. The register of Swindon Borough Council and the record of the application maybe inspected at the address of the council, given above, dur­ing normal business hours or on the council's website - www.swindon.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false state-ment in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
