NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that One Stop Stores Limited intends to apply for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the One Stop, 9-10 The Circle, Pinehurst, Swindon, SN2 1QR. The variation proposed is as follows:- Application is made to amend the plan attached to the Premises Licence in accordance with drawing number PR TBC dated 10 Aprip2014. Application is also made to amend the Licensable and opening hours to 06:00 to 23:00 daily. Application is also made to add a number of conditions as detailed in the operating schedule. A copy of the
Application can be inspected at the offices of Swindon Borough Council 5th Floor, Wat Tyler West Beckhampton Street Swindon SN1 2JG www.swindon.gov.uk during normal office hours. This application was lodged with Swindon Borough Council on 18/07/2014 and any representations must be made in writing to Swindon Borough Council at the above address by15/08/2014. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an Application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary con-viction for the offence is £5,000.00.
