Domino's Pizza, 17-21 High Street, Swindon SN1 3EG

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by KS Wilberg and J Swift (T/A Domino's Pizza) to the Licensing Authority of Swindon Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Domino's Pizza at 17-21 High Street, Swindon SN1 3EG.

The application includes the following terms:-
1. To extend the period when the premises can be open for evening trade for takeaway business from the premises from 01.00 the following morning to 03.00 the following morningg on Monday,
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
2. To permit the sale by retail of alcohol for delivery when the premises are open.
3. To amend the conditions on the existing Premises Licence as more particularised in the application deposited with the Licensing Authority.

Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 10th October, 2014 (www.swindon.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5000.00.
