Licensing Application Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Highworth Golf Club, Swindon Road, Highworth, SN6 7SJ that authorises

Sale by Retail of Alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises

The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH, [licensing@swindon.gov.uk] between 09.00hrs & 16.30hrs on weekdays.

Representations must be made in writing and can be made at any time between 12th September DAY AFTER APPLICATION IS SUBMITTED and 10th October 28 DAYS AFTER CONSULTATION STARTS.

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
