NOTICE OF THE INDEPENDENT EXAMINATION OF THE COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE LEVY DRAFT CHARGING SCHEDULE FOR SWINDON

Swindon Borough Council has prepared its proposals for setting a Community Infrastructure Levy 'CIL' for Swindon. When a CIL is adopted it will be applied as a mandatory charge within the Borough on all new development in accordance with the adopted Charging Schedule and legislative framework.

The Swindon CIL Draft Charging Schedule Examination is scheduled by public hearing initially over two days:
Start Date: Tuesday 4^th November 2014
Time: 10:00 a.m.
Location: Swindon Borough Council, Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH (Committee Room 6)
Examiner: Mr Mike Fox BA (Hons) DIPTP MRTPI (Planning Inspectorate independent Examiner)
