NOTICE OF CONSULTATION REGARDING THE ADOPTION OF REGULATION FOR THE LICENSING OF SEX ESTABLISHMENT VENUES
LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1982
POLICING AND CRIME ACT 2009

Swindon Borough Council is seeking views as to whether it should adopt the provisions of Schedule 3 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, (as amended), enabling the future regulation of Sex Establishments through the Licensing regime.

Any representations or comments should be sent either in writing to the Licensing Manager, Swindon Borough Council, 5th Floor, Wat Tyler House (West), Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JG, or by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk, to arrive no later than 5pm on 8th December 2014.
