NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE MODEL CONDITIONS FOR HOME BOARDING OF DOGS BOARDING ESTABLISHMENT ACT 1963
Swindon Borough Council has published its draft Model Conditions covering the licensing of Home Boarders of Dogs under the Boarding Establishment Act 1963. The draft Model Conditions are subject to a period of formal consultation.
The document can be viewed on the licensing pages of the Borough Council's website. Or alternatively is available in hard copy on request from the Licensing Team on 01793 466113, or by e-mailing licensing@swindon.gov.uk.
Any representations on the document should be sent either in writing to the Licensing Manager, Swindon Borough Council, 5th Floor, Wat Tyler House (West), Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JG, or by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk, to arrive no later than 5pm on 24th November 2014. R Bell
