SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL

SECTION 123 of the LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 (AS AMENDED) PUBLIC OPEN SPACE

NOTICE is hereby given that Swindon Borough Council intends to dispose of 820m² /0.20 acres of land deemed to be Public Open Space adjacent to UniMill Engineering Limited, Rivermead Drive, Swindon. The land would be used for industrial/employment purposes. A plan showing the land can be inspected, by appointment, at Property Assets, Swindon Borough Council, Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH. Any objections to such disposal should be made in writing to the Head of Property Assets, at the above address, by 10 November 2014.
