Public Notice - Licensing Act 2003
An application has been made to Swindon Borough Council by RAKAVAN YOGARATNAM to vary the Premises Licence issued in respect of OLD TOWN FOOD AND WINE to allow:
Sale by Retail of Alcohol for consumption off the premises Mon to Fri 8am - 2am, Sat & Sun 8am - 2am
Late Night Refreshment Mon to Fri 11pm - 2am, Sat & Sun 11pm - 2am
Opening hours Mon to Fri 6am - 2am, Sat & Sun 6am - 2am
The application can be viewed at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH between 09.00hrs & 16.30hrs on weekdays.
Representations must be made in writing no later than 24th November 2014.
It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
