Application has been made by KS Wilberg and J Swift (T/a Domino's Pizza) to the Licensing Authority of Swindon Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Domino's Pizza at Unit 1,Tawhill Village Centre, Swindon, SN25 1UH. The application includes the following terms:-1. To extend the period when the premises can be open for evening trade for takeaway business from the premises from 01:00 the following morning to 03:00 hours the following morning daily. 2. To permit the sale by retail of alcohol for delivery when the premises are open. 3. To amend the condition on the existing Premises Licence and add conditions as more particularised in the application deposited with
the Licensing Authority. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 1st December 2014 (www.swindon.gov.uk)
