LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by DJS Pizza Limited to the Licensing Authority of Swindon Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Domino's Pizza, Unit B4 West Swindon District Centre at West Swindon District Centre, Tewkesbury Way/Whitehill Way, Swindon, SN5 7DL.

The application includes the following terms:- 1. To permit the sale by retail of alcohol for delivery when the premises are open. 2. To amend the conditions on the existing Premises Licence and to add new conditions more partic­ularised in the application deposited with the Licensing Authority. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH. A responsible authority or any other person can make written repre-sentations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 1st December 2014 (www.swindon.gov.uk) It is an offence for anyone know­ingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5000.00.
