NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE DRAFT STATEMENT OF PRINCIPLES FOR THE LICENSING OF GAMBLING ESTABLISHMENTS GAMBLING ACT, 2005

Swindon Borough Council has published its draft Statement of Principles covering the licensing of Gambling establishments under Section 349 of the Gambling Act, 2005. The draft Statement of Principles is intended to replace that adopted by Swindon Borough Council in November 2006 and is subject to a period of formal consultation.

The document can be viewed on the Borough Council’s website at www.swindon.gov.uk/gamblingact. Or alternatively is available in hard copy on request from the Licensing Team on 01793 466113, or by e-mailing licensing@swindon.gov.uk

Any representations on the document should be sent either in writing to the Licensing Manager, Swindon Borough Council, 5th Floor, Wat Tyler House (West), Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JG, or by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk, to arrive no later than 5pm on 16th February 2015.
