PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Swindon Borough Council to vary a premises licence under the above Act on the 14th November 2014.

Applicant: Simon Smith Retail Limited.
Address of premises: Convenience Store, Highworth Service Station, Swindon Road, Highworth, Swindon SN6 7DE.
Proposed variations to the licensable activities: Submit a modified plan.
Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Monday to Sunday - Alcohol Sales 00.00 to 24.00; Late Night Refreshment 23.00 - 05.00.

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice – by the 12th December 2014.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application and the maximum fine on summary conviction of such an offence is £5000.
