(1 EXE CLOSE, SWINDON) COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDER 2014
COMPULSORY PURCHASE OF LAND
IN EXE CLOSE, SWINDON

Notice is hereby given that the Swindon Borough Council has made the Swindon Borough Council (1 Exe Close, Swindon) Compulsory Purchase Order 2014 under section 17 of the Housing Act 1985. It is about to submit this order to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government for confirmation, and if confirmed, the order will authorise Swindon Borough Council to purchase compulsorily the land described below for the purpose of the provision of housing accommodation.

A copy of the order and of the accompanying map may be seen at all reasonable hours at the offices of Swindon Borough Council, Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon SN1 2JH.

Any objection to the order must be made in writing to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, National Planning Casework Unit, 5 St Philips Place, Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2PW before 30 December 2014 and should state the title of the order, the grounds of objection and the objector's address and interests in the land.

DESCRIPTION OF LAND

The freehold interest in the semi - detached single storey dwelling house with garden to the rear and side situate at and known as number 1 Exe Close, Swindon, bounded to the front by Exe Close, to one side by Severn Avenue, to the other side by the adjoining semi - detached property, and to the rear by the garden of the dwelling at the corner of Severn Avenue and Don Close comprising an area of some 437 square metres.
